Are
you having problems viewing or using the PrisonerAlert.com
website? Here are some suggestions to help you get the
most from the PrisonerAlert.com site.
The PrisonerAlert.com Page Doesn't
Display Properly:
 1)
Be sure that you have the latest Macromedia Flash
plugin installed on your computer. This can be done
easily by visiting the Flash
Player Download Center and clicking on the "Install
Now" button. The next page may prompt you for authorization
to install the flash plugin; click "Yes" if
it does.
2) Be sure that you have a recent version of
Internet Explorer or Firefox. We recommend Internet
Explorer 7 or higher and Firefox 3 or higher. You
can find out what version of Internet browser you have
by going to the "Help" menu and clicking on
"About Internet Explorer" or "About Mozilla Firefox"

3) To properly view the PrisonerAlert.com website,
you must have JavaScript enabled on your web
browser. To enable JavaScript, repeat the following
steps for your respective browser.
For
Firefox:
a) Open Firefox.
b) Select Options from the Tools menu.
c) Click the Content tab at the top.
d) Check Enable Javascript.
e) Click OK.
f) Click Reload. |
For
Internet Explorer:
a) Select Internet Options from the Tools
menu.
b) In Internet Options dialog box select
the Security tab.
c) Click Custom level button at bottom. The
Security settings dialog box will pop up.
d) Under Scripting category enable Active
Scripting, Allow paste options via script and Scripting
of Java applets
e) Click OK twice to close out.
f) Hit Refresh. |

Not Getting the Prisoner Alert Emails:
1) Did you subscribe to the PrisonerAlert.com service?
Click here to
make sure you are subscribed.
2) If your computer is located behind a firewall
you may have to inform your system administrator that
you want all traffic and email coming from PrisonerAlert.com,
and 403net.com to be allowed. (PrisonerAlert emails
are sent out from the 403net.com domain.)
